This product definitely sold me on Abu Garcia though for a higher end reel I would likely still stick with Shimano. Have caught plenty of Steelhead on the 30x without any drag issues, fish have taken my rod off the holder and drug it through the sand and water yet the reel still pretends its brand new. None the less the reel performs excellently, for me it was my first look at a reel around this price range that wasnt a Shimano and I would say I'm impressed. I do appreciate that Abu Garcia created an even more wallet friendly Revo and will also state that this reel is just a drag system downgrade from the Revo S. I'm sure there's other benefits, but those are the key points why I chose BSM over Grimfrost. BSM has the added benefit of plenty of Draenic Dust if the player is an enchanter.Grimfrost mobs are fairly spread out/in buildings, BSM mobs are all neatly standing in halls of the instance.Grimfrost has a respawn timer, BSM just needs to be reset.Grimfrost mobs have such low hp, they drop dead from 2 hits not allowing mobs to be comfortably rounded up BSM mobs have enough health not to die too soon and will chase you indefinitely throughout the instance allowing the player to round up as many as he likes.TL DR - For a geared character I would much prefer Bloodmaul Slag Mines over Grimfrost Hill because: Not to mention the item drops which for me resulted in about 2 stacks of dust while farming 200 waystones. You could also opt to do just the first two pulls are those are the highest yielding pulls, but they take so little time you'd hit the max instances per hour limit fairly soon, therefore it doesn't really pay off. If you're too lazy to run back, you can jump in the lava at the last boss and instantly die and respawn at the entrance. Drag all the trash on top of Gugok > ~10-15 stones Kill Slagna + 4 trash mobs > Kill Roltallĥ. Elemental part with Magmolatus dude (kill the big ele mid-way, pull the rest of the trash to the boss) > ~5-7 stonesĤ. My paladin's at 690 ilvl and the place takes up to max 10 mins to clear from start to last boss.ġ. ![]() And the best thing - mobs have enough health not to drop dead from 2 hits. So instead I decided to try Bloodmaul Slag Mines normal. I went there on my paladin and encountered several unpleasantries there: mobs are too spread out for a melee character, they died too quickly to round them up and they respawned too slowly. That means that it must use waystones to use the portal or it takes more than 25 to open one.Ĭomment by boombearThe Grimfrost Hill is a fine spot for a ranged character. I looked at my waystones and have only 28 of the 103 waystones left. So, I went back out and gathered up an additional 93 waystones and opened up my second portal. If it takes 25 to open a portal, I should have had 35 not just 10 of them left. I was getting ready to head to the second spot to open my second waygate, when I noticed that I only had 10 of the 60 stones left. After it was open I clicked on the portal and went back to the garrison and turned in the quest. I then opened up my first portal (you cannot be mounted when opening a portal). I had not read that you could now hold 1000 waystones at a time so I just gathered 60 of them. ![]() I also want to point out that they often drop 3 waystones at a time which makes it go even faster. These models, according to the SCoPEx website are the primary tool for estimating the risks and benefits of solar geoengineering." In order to refine these models, scientists will need to know how the aerosols interact with the atmosphere on a nanoscale. Moreover, this experiment is in no way capable of altering the global climate system. The objective of the SCoPEx project is not to dim the sun's rays but to release a small proportion of calcium carbonate into the wake of a propeller-driven weather balloon flying 12 miles above the arctic and create a cloud that will help gather data, which among other things, will allow computer models to analyze the potential risks of actual geoengineering. While it is true that Gates has financially backed research programs that includes theoretical studies into the feasibility of solar radiation management and SCoPEx is among those projects, it is a mischaracterization to suggest that SCoPEx plans to test this form of geoengineering as a tool and its main objective is climate intervention, or that SCoPEx itself could have implications on the global climate system. However, such assertions or implications are misleading in several regards. The claims seem to have referenced or combined the Reuters story with elements of a scientifically confused profile of the SCoPEx project published in 2019 by the British tabloid Daily Mail, which states that scientists think SCoPEx could have unintended global consequences. Gates has often been a popular target of conspiracy theories that claim his charitable giving is part of his nefarious scheme of world domination. 3 demonstrated that a threshold of 20% of hamster oocytes penetrated had a 98% positive predictive value and a 2% false positive rate in predicting the chances of fertilization of fewer than 50% of oocytes in an IVF cycle with conventional insemination. Several studies have demonstrated that this test is a useful predictor of fertilization in conventional in vitro fertilization (IVF). 2 This test known as the hamster egg penetration test measures the ability of sperm to undergo capacitation, the acrosome reaction, fusion with the egg membrane, and decondensation within the cytoplasm of the oocyte resulting in the formation of the male pronucleus 1 ( Figure 1). 1 In 1976, Yanagimachi and colleagues observed that upon removal of the zona pellucida of hamster ova, the eggs allowed penetration of sperm by other species. The hamster egg penetration test (HEPT) was first developed in the 1970s. However, male infertility continues to be a significant clinical challenge because some men with normal semen parameters can be infertile, and there is a need for the development of functional sperm assessment tools. The routine semen analysis remains the cornerstone of the male fertility evaluation. A policy of HEPT for males with abnormal morphology saves cost in selecting couples for a fertilization method. The HEPT is similar to the World Health Organization edition 5 (WHO-5) morphology in predicting successful conventional fertilization while allowing decreased utilization of ICSI. ![]() In 1000 simulated cycles with an abnormal morphology, a policy of HEPT was cost saving compared to universal ICSI, yet produced similar fertilization rates. Among patients with a normal HEPT, there was no difference in the mean conventional fertilization rates between those with a normal and an abnormal morphology. We performed a cost-effectiveness analysis of a policy of HEPT versus universal ICSI in couples with an abnormal morphology. We performed a univariate analysis on the primary outcome comparing clinically interesting subjects. ![]() The mean conventional and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) fertilization rates were calculated in each group. This was a cohort study of in vitro fertilization (IVF) subjects at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City (UT, USA) utilizing partner sperm. There is nothing worse than spending a code review pinpointing style problems or problematic patterns which could have been found automatically. Both Code analysis and StyleCop are excellent at finding things automatically before a code review. The presence of code reviews is not a reason to avoid Code analysis. The second (and most important) difference is that Code analysis searches for patters which may indicate a bug, while StyleCop is simply enforcing style rules-a simple convention used by your team.Ĭode analysis is also particularly useful for beginners who don't know the language very well, since it can often lead to "Aha!" moments. The first difference is that Code analysis works with the compiled assembly, while StyleCop works with the source itself. Note that code analysis is not the same thing as StyleCop. Introducing it in an existent project may be too painful. For instance, globalization warnings can be turned off if your project is not intended to be localized.Īs with StyleCop, it is essential to decide whether the project will target zero warnings from Code analysis from the beginning of the project. The checks and warnings can be fine-grained in project properties to suit your needs. While running Code analysis during pre-commit is not a good idea (unlike StyleCop), it can still run on build and fail it if warnings are found.įor non-business-critical code, Code analysis may be run manually from Visual Studio or command line. Since static analysis can take some time for medium or large projects, it is often a good idea to move it from developer's machines to the TFS build server.
